    出于業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需求，安特藍(lán)德目前開放Technical Sales Manager（技術(shù)銷售經(jīng)理）和Application Engineer（現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用工程師）兩個(gè)崗位。

     有水處理行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，紫外線技術(shù)優(yōu)先。職位候選人要求能夠向高級(jí)管理層和政府官員介紹 Atlantium 解決方案，幫助推動(dòng)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品在中國的本地制造。該職位為全職，每月薪酬取決于候選人的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和能力。

      地區(qū)不限，北上廣為佳。

Responsibilities：

Reinforce Atlantium's Business Unit in China and APAC with initial focus on key markets such Semiconductors & Municipal water treatment ; supporting the sales, marketing and technical activities 

Perform market analysis & market forecasts

Obtain and evaluate competitive field intelligence.

Determine & identify new product features & market requirements

Develop new product launches and marketing ideas in close collaboration with China and Israel Team.

Expand Atlantium market by finding new potential partners & customers such as Distributers , Engineering companies and direct end users

Work in team with Atlantium's local distributors and partners to develop  the field, for emerging markets.

Key account management: direct follow up of key accounts & Atlantium partners throughout the allocated area

Develop strong relationships with key accounts & Business partners , must be comfortable when meeting key decision makers.

Monitor performance of field testing , programs. & JV's

Expanding sales and identifying routes to market for the products, identifying market requirements, adapting of/giving training in sales tools to sales staff of distributors, organize seminars for customers, promote regional contribution in technical magazines . promote trials with customers and regional institutes/universities to demonstrate the use of our products.

Qualifications： 

Bachelor or above Degree, Science, Engineer or Biology degree 

Proven commercial/sales experience in market, preferentially in RAS field & water treatment.

Good understanding of water market with project management experience.

Basic technical understanding of water treatment, nutrition and health

Dynamic personality

Social & communicative

Customer focused and target driven

Organizational skills

Fluent written/verbal communication skills in English for understanding & communicating with Israel team.  

Have the ability to work independently but nevertheless being a loyal team player

Willing to travel intensively throughout the allocated area

Presentation skills for giving customer trainings. 

具有良好的水處理技術(shù)知識(shí)，學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)電一體化和自動(dòng)化為佳，需有5-10年的現(xiàn)場機(jī)電服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，英語水平要求一般的閱讀和書寫即可。江浙滬地區(qū)為佳。

Responsibilities：

Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features in different vertical markets. 

Understand for each application’s standard in China, Europe and US. 

Have a knowledge about different technology comparison from our UV.

Have an investigation for each application’s water concern, and try to find a way to penetrate.

Troubleshooting process document made together with our service engineer.

Well prepared to give training to end user and Distributors. 

Training material making. ( Basic knowledge, our Technical, our case study, install/maintenance, Troubleshooting) 

Communicate with Design institute/ engineering company for application specifics

Pre-sales documents and proposal and Biding document – Technical part prepare. 

Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update

Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design 

Requirements

Proven experience as application engineer or service engineer

Experience in water technology/ chemical treatments for water/ with industrial background like heavy industry , municipal, chemical background will be preferable.

High school degree or above in Chemistry/environmental protection, Water treatment, Automation. 

Good English writing and communication.

Shanghai/Jiangsu/Zhejiang based will be preferable.
